Very knowledgeable and thorough. Long drive to see him, but his care is worth it. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Ward was not only a great Doctor but also a great person. He cares like doctors from 30 years ago.

I absolutely would not recommend Doctor Ward. The bright side of the visit was that there was no wait and he got me in quickly but that's about the only good part of it. He definitely does NOT take Cigna Open Access Plus like the Zoc Doc profile says as I was sent a bill. Extremely disappointed in both this doctor and this service as a whole.
Verified patient
He is very kind and experienced.

his billing department is a mess. they lost my forms, agreed to accept anthem, keep rebilling me--i paid my extra fee. i am not pleased!

Enjoyed the visit. I got right in and doctor was welcoming and warm. Dr. Ward was thorough and helped me to understand my condition and what I could do to treat it. The only thing was that the office space is kind of small. I am grateful for my visit to Dr. Ward and I would recommend him to others!
Dr. Ward is very easy going and interesting to talk to. Seems very comfortable in his role as a specialist. My sense is he is conservative and safe, which is a big plus when working around someones ear!
i came for a simple check and he double charge me claiming he ran some sort of a fancy diagnosis on me. never going back there.

Very impressed. He was very patient and great with my 3.5 year old daughter. A very caring professional and thorough doctor - one that I would definitely recommend!
Doctor Ward got me in immediately for my ear exam and is working on solving my tinnitus issues. He was very informative and a pleasure to talk with as he didn't make me feel like a patient, but a real person with real concerns.
Verified patient
Very thorough and detailed. Dr Ward is highly experienced, communicated well and provided me specific information on the in-office testing and possible diagnoses. I will definitely see him again for issues that might arise in the future.

Very professional but laid back, put me at ease.
Dr. Ward was very professional, thorough and always takes sufficient time to answer all of your questions. You will be in good hands with Dr. Ward.
Very caring took his time told me exactly what was going on and did some diagnosis that no other ENT's have. The news was not what I wanted to hear but he was upfront with prognosis. I recommend him highly.
Verified patient
I had been seeing Dr. Ward for more than a decade in San Francisco before he moved his practice to Larkspur. considering that I reside and work in San Francisco, I still consult with him in his new Larkspur location even if it means asking for more time off from work for the longer travel time, more gas and paying bridge toll, too, but it's well worth the time and expense for his skill, knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness, and for making me feel like a valued patient.
I've been his patient for more than 10 years from his office in San Francisco to the current one in Larkspur. This should say a lot!!
Verified patient
The whole experience was great!
Knowledgable, experienced, I'd recommend him to anyone with a hearing problem before going to a hearing aid dispenser. Don't be thrown off by the fact that his office is in a Laser Surgery center.
Dr. Ward was very friendly and I felt that immediately treat my problem, I am very grateful and comfortable with their service I highly recommend it
