I have to be honest, I’m not used to doctors listening so well and really taking the time to understand the symptoms that I’m experiencing. Mr. Ryan Fitzgerald is one-of-a-kind! He communicates so well and explains everything in-depth. He is beyond polite and really made me feel like I was at home. His receptionists at the front desk were also very polite. The specific nurse I had was very polite as well and asked all the necessary questions to setup Dr. Fitzgerald. My entire visit was a pleasure from beginning to end! I have a colonoscopy scheduled for May 4th and needed peace of mind. Mr. Fitzgerald provided that with ease and I truly believe he is the best doctor. As my appointment concluded, he told me if anything worsened, I could message him specifically via Patient Portal and he would get back to me. He’s so caring and deserves all the recognition possible!

I’m very upset and disappointed with my appointment. And then VERY upset when I received the bill. The issue I was having never got resolved by the doctor and he prescribed me something that I took for one week and then he discontinued it and gave me another medication. Yet another cost. During my visit the doctor never suggested or demonstrated any knowledge on things I can do and just referred me to others. And when describing all my symptoms, he just kept saying “interesting. Interesting. Fascinating. Interesting.” He billed my visit as a level 4 visit which costs more bc it’s more complicated. Was it more complicated because he didn’t know what to do? He ordered x-rays and bloodwork which didn’t show anything. The follow up visit which took him a total of two minutes was almost as much as the initial visit which he reviewed my results (I already knew them bc they were posted prior).
