The doctor and office staff were very accomodating. ZocDoc made a huge error and sent us to the wrong office but the doctor's office was willing to wait for us to drive to the other office. The doctor was very informative and patient. He took the time to make sure that he had the timeline of events correct and explained the necessity for the follow up treatments and procedures.
this doctor has no bedside manner, he has his assistant visit first to get exploratory information at best, shows no real concern other than taking charge and quickly scheduling 3 different appts for CT scans, bloodwork and colonoscopy without knowing (because he didn't ask) about a clear history of symptoms I've had. Seems like a conveyor belt type of doctor that wants to get patients in with a 5 minute interview and schedule appts to get the most bang out of my and my insurance companies bucks. appears somewhat arrogant and proud stating he's done over 20,000 colonoscapies. I was unimpressed with doctor and staff and cancelled all my appts.
