It was very comfortable, she is very friendly and very easy to talk to. I've always felt awkward at my ob but its nothing like that with Dr. Cherian. The staff was very friendly as well. The only thing I had a tiny problem with was the waiting room was a little warm. But other then that 5 stars (:

Upon my timely arrival at the clinic, I was warmly received by the front desk staff and they demonstrated high professionalism as they put me through all the initial registration paper works. Shortly after, I was called in by the nurse who cheerfully completed all necessary prerequisites prior to seeing the Doctor including the vital signs and then seated in the designated private room. Ten minutes later, Dr. Sabina knocked and walked in with smiling face and offered friendly greeting that made me felt at home and comfortable. The treatments and medical education she gave me proved the worth of her experience and exceptional care for her patients. I'm glad to have her as my Doctor.

Dr. Cherian was born in Chicago, Illinois. She grew up in Houston, Texas. At the age of 17, she left the U.S. to experience different cultures and travel while receiving a diverse medical education. She attended the University Medical School of Debrecen, Hungary, where she studied her basic sciences and then transferred to the Medical University of Lublin, Poland, which allowed her to do electives in Texas and New York near her future husband.
After completing medical school in 2004, Dr. Cherian began her post-graduate training at the Brooklyn Hospital Center. Her focus in residency was high risk obstetrics and laparoscopic surgery. She received an award for best laparoscopic surgeon in her chief year.
Dr. Cherian hopes to build lasting relationships with her patients and to continue to practice obstetrics and gynecology, a field that she loves. Outside of practicing medicine, Dr. Cherian enjoys traveling, singing in various languages and performing Indian classical dance. She is a mother to two beautiful children, Leila & Zachary.

Dr. Cherian was very willing to listen to all of my concerns. I did not feel rushed during our appointment. She made sure to answer all of my questions before concluding the appointment. I look forward to seeing her again. Great experience!

I saw almost 5 ob-gyn during pregnancy. But dr. Sabina was the best. She answered all my questions, cleared all my doubts and was really very polite and friendly at the same time. She was the best doc I saw till today. I would definately recommend her.
