I just moved here from Texas and I liked Shannon a lot better than the doctors in Texas. She showed concerned and helped me with my needs! Definitely keeping her as my doctor.

The receptionist and Shannon were both so welcoming and kind. I would recommend them to anyone, especially ms Shannon. She was an hour late to the appointment but for the most amazing reason and hearing why made me love her even more. She took her time tending to the appointment she had before because it was clear to her that the patient needed to have someone to talk to and to ensure their mental wellbeing, she was late seeing me. I work in healthcare as well and hearing her talk about how important it was to her to make her patients feel heard, warmed my heart in every way.

After hearing about Zocdoc from a friend I decided to give it a try and was able to find a doctor in my area with available appointments as soon as the next day! Went to the appointment and the staff was very friendly, building very well managed, and my doctor listened to me and helped me figure out information to help get things back on track! I don't handle needles very well and the staff was able to help me feel at ease and relaxed enough despite nerves getting the best of me.
