The doctor was wonderful but the office wasn’t. Staff disliked that I used Zocdoc to book. I was told repeatedly that it didn’t matter that I’d prefilled forms out “we don’t get anything from Zocdoc so fill this out again”. paper forms were outdated so I wasted time repeating info over and over again. More concerning was that staff were openly rude towards (me as) a new patient. I am a healthcare provider that works nearby, and chose them partially for scheduling convenience. My routine appt started 35 minutes late and I almost had to walk out because I had work to get back to. The doctor cared about this and apologized for the wait, but the office was not run in a way that made me feel confident about booking again. But the biggest reason for my mixed review is the filth of the exam room . For an office providing women’s GYN care, it was disgusting and potentially traumatizing, As excellent as Dr. Bjork was, the office based concerns are worth the warning.

Friendly staff, had to wait more than an hour but was taken care of. Dr. Bjork made sure you feel confident and relaxed. She also explained every health issue that you may have and answered all my questions. Clean office and everything was social distanced due to COVID in which you feel safe. I would recommend Dr. Bjork to my female family and friends. Thank you.

I was honestly traumatized by my experience with her. Without warning she did an exam that was very painful (that had never been done on me before). To this day I cringe at the memory of it. I also found her to be extremely rude and dismissive.

Stephanie is one of the most amazing doctor I have ever came in contact with. I was very worried and nervous about my first time appointment. She made me very relaxed and comfortable and answered any other questions or concerns I had. Her Assistant Eli was also a doll. Reassured me everything would be fine.

Dr. Bjork is a fabulous physician. She takes the time to explain options/specifics, encourages questions and has great detail recall. I visited her for my first pap and she really put me at ease by helping me understand the procedure and what to expect. I was very pleased with my visit, Dr. Bjork took her time to listen to my issues, showed concerned and moved forward fast with options to accommodate me with my concerns. Everyone was very friendly and the process was thoroughly explained to me (first timer). My experience was simple, quick and easy, but I never felt rushed and all of my questions were answered. All the staff are great!

Dr. Bjork and her staff were all very friendly! I had never been to a gyn before and wasn't sure what to expect. Dr. Bjork took the time to get to know me with my clothes on and learn a little about my history. I told Dr. Bjork that it was my first appointment and that I was especially nervous because I had a history of sexual abuse, and she was very sensitive and empathetic. She explained every step as she performed it and was quite quick. It was so much better than I anticipated, and I think that was due to Dr. Bjork's professional and kind care! The office was running pretty far behind when I arrived, but I expected some sort of delay. Maybe call ahead to see how they are doing on time and come a little later if appropriate.

It was my first time seeing Dr. Bjork and I was kind of surprised that I had to book out a whole month for an appointment. I looked online in October and the first available spot wasn't until November. However, I literally had no wait time in the office. I got in, spoke to the very kind receptionist, filled out a few quick forms, and before I could even make my way to the waiting room chairs, I was called in! Dr. Bjork and her nurse were so nice and made me feel very comfortable as well. She even asked if I wanted to be referred to a dermatologist after she noticed my dry, pre-winter skin and took the time to print out all of this dermatologists info for me to make an appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Bjork!
