I have NEVER felt so disrespected by a healthcare provider! He was condescending and asked me what kind of bug bite I was complaining about. Looked at the spot I was concerned about, with a flashlight , about 3.5 feet from his eyes. Gave me a prescription for a steroid cream so it wouldn’t itch. Informed me I needed full bloodwork/urine analysis and mammogram and my bug bite should go away. This person is outdated, condescending, hearing impaired and had the personality of a brick! The restroom what’re I gave urine needed cleaned and there was a terrible infestation of tiny “sugar ants” in the reception area I saw when asked to sit and wait for a moment before leaving. Only up side was a lovely nurse who did a fabulous job at taking blood.

My visit with Dr. Herman was excellent! He was genuinely interested in my medical circumstances and asked specific questions about my health. His credentials are great and are on the walls to see. He's a more old school, family doctor, and boy, did I miss that.

I was grateful for their understanding when I ran late, and they did a good job with the vitals and blood draw. I don’t think I will return, but this is because of my personal values surrounding certain drugs/medications being recommended without really needing them.
Great
Making the appointment was super easy. I was seen rather quickly and most importantly the doctor listened to me and I didn’t feel dismissed. I felt like he genuinely was concerned for my well being and why I was there. Also, his staff treated me with the upmost respect.
