I wish the nurses would have been more hospitable considering we were in a hospital. I was very nervous and afraid and not much was done to help me relax or feel at ease.Which made the whole experience worse. Not to mention the nurse was late to my appointment and late to sending my prescription to the pharmacy. Not sure I will going back to that business.

Susan took time to discuss all of my issues. And I felt very comfortable. She made recommendations. We discussed several things in detail - and I never felt rushed.

Susan was very nice and pleasant. She explained everything in detail. She was opened and answered all my questions. She did not rush my appointment which made me feel she cared.
At the end of my appointment she called with my test results which I much appreciated.

Office just didn't seem very professional. I could hear medical details of different patience being discussed in the hallways and foyer spaces and I have no doubt other patience have heard mine. There seems to be any real regard for privacy and even when I asked to speak with my NP alone, she left the door open and the nurse assisting her stood right outside of the opened door. If I had ANY choice otherwise I would have loved to have seen a doctor. In addition to all else, it seemed like my NP was just guessing. Asking me about medical terms that I have no idea the meaning of. She then called me after my visit to discuss test results, but still sounded as though she was guessing, or awaiting my response. She was mostly awkward and I didn't feel comfortable or valued under her care.
