This was my first visit with Dr. Bobba and she was amazing! She listened to all the concerns I had and provided options for solutions. Her bedside manner was excellent and she just gives you that feeling like you’ve known her forever. I was very comfortable and my kids loved her also! I will definitely continue to see her and the lovely staff!

I hate to leave a negative review but I feel that this doctor did not listen to me at all - I was quite upset describing my symptoms and instead of addressing the issue I came in for, the doctor LITERALLY suggested antidepressants. I told her I’m not depressed, I’m upset because of the symptoms I’ve been experiencing and she would not listen to me and refused to do any sort of tests. She was friendly enough but I will absolutely never go to this doctor again, and am scheduling an appointment with a different doctor who will hopefully actually listen to my symptoms and provide proper treatment rather than just trying to push antidepressants on me. It was honestly one of the strangest interactions I’ve ever had with a doctor.

My family has been going to Mill Creek Family Practice for 20 years. The care we have received has been excellent. We have seen various doctors when our primary physician was not available, and the care was still excellent. The nurse practitioners give high quality care and the nurses too. Everyone at the clinic is personable and knowledgeable. At this clinic everyone from imaging, the lab, and the is rest of the staff are caring, kind and understanding. If you are looking for quality care Mill Creek Family Practice is the right place to go.

I kept getting appointment reminders for 2pm. When I reached there, they said check-in time was 1:30 and the front desk lady was full of attitude. Terrible.

Yes, Dr. Swapna is very good listener. She gives time to patient to explain their problems. She explains what is happening with our body and she explains what could be possibilities. In my case, she even called me to inform about the lab test report and explained what is the problem and what needs to be done. I liked the way she did follow-up. She is friendly and never in rush.

Dr. Bobba was fantastic as was her nurse. I was late and they still accommodated me with very little wait time. You have to appreciate a doctor that values your time as much as their own!
There is one receptionist that is pretty unfriendly, but almost everyone else is extremely nice and makes the experience as painless as possible.
