Dr Medley is a great doctor. I had a Saturday appointment which most doctor don’t have any more. She listens to my concerns and make sure I have all the medications and referral I need before leave. She has a great bedside manner and love having her for my doctor

Knowledgeable, friendly MD. Probably sped thru a tad quickly but overall a good MD. Staff were all very friendly and nice, clean office and no wait time. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Medley was very friendly, but asked no questions of me/made no recommendations/provided no guidance when I answered "when was last period" with "It's been many months; I think I've begun menopause...maybe?" She did an extremely brief exam and when I asked questions at "the end" (because I was shocked that it was "the end" since she had spent basically NO time with me, a new patient) she was very rushed in her responses. Would never go back to or recommend a doctor who was so disinterested in her patient.

She might be good with immediate concerns like cold, flu, etc-for typical PCP concerns. However, she disapproved of me setting up an appointment to establish her as my primary care doctor. I did so in hopes someone could help navigate me from specialist to specialist etc, and for an in-medstar referral. She provided the referral but my ultimate goal was to find a PCP to help me manage and coordinate care between specialists for a complex illness, and she wasn’t comfortable with that. If you are in a similar boat, I would suggest a different PCP.

The front receptionist are area was moving extremely slowly. The problem is that no one acknowledged me until I stood up to ask what was going on. I saw my doctor leave for the day and I was still sitting in the waiting area for blood work. I was so confused because it was only myself and one other woman waiting at the time.
My appointment was at 3.. I was done with my physical before 4pm.Great !
Why did it take another hour to get quick bloodwork done and my summary report printed when it was only two patients around 4pm.
They need a better system of keeping patients in correct order for wait time.
Other than that I loved Dr. Medley!
