Seeing Dr. Klein was great. I was impressed by his insight and his willingness to tell me something I didn't want to hear, but in a gentle and informed way, considering my medical and family history.
I was not impressed by the disorganization of the staff though. I got there at 9:15 for a 9:45 appointment, fed my meter up until 10:30, and the meter still ran out before I left. I submitted stuff through ZocDoc and was informed that there would be more to fill out. No problem! That's why I came early anyway. Well, after a bunch of forms, some of which were given to me twice, I finally got taken back. From there it was pretty straight-forward.
The other thing is that I didn't expect was that the waiting room was basically a cosmetic store/gift shop/cosmetic procedure marketing palace.
Also, the day or so after my appointment, I got a marketing email from the Tiffani Kim Institute. Guess what? If you want to unsubscribe from marketing emails, you also stop receiving appointment reminders...
Not my favorite, but I like Dr. Klein so I'll suck it up.

At first I was surprised it was at a wellness spa but Dr Klein was very professional, staff was very friendly and overall it was a quick and easy appt

My visit to this office was like no other. I was called in on time and Dr. Klein was very knowledgeable and informative. I didn't feel rushed during my visit. He made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions.
