Dr. Tina is very sweet and explains everything she’s doing and why. If she orders tests she explains what tests she’s ordering and what they’re for. The only downside is that she doesn’t draw blood at her office so you’ll needto make a separate trip to a lab. I wish I could do everything in one visit.

Straightforward appointment but the doctor seems to be hard to reach as she works in other offices most of the week. I called and followed up multiple times for lab results but she was not accessible. Additionally, I was sent toa lab for blood work which is out of network for my insurance so I ended up paid much more than expected for my annaul routine (which is supposed to be free).

While the doctor was very nice and really informative, I was left feeling like this appointment was lacking as an annual physical. The whole ordeal took only 15 minutes and was a very cursory exam; I was informed that I wouldhave to go to another location on another date just to have routine blood work done. I was also unable to have a simple birth control prescription refilled (even though I was seen by a M.D.), and this is one of the primary outcomes I expect from an annual check-up. Maybe I can chalk this up to my own lack of due diligence, but I've never attended a yearly check-up where these things weren't "given" components, so it never occurred to me to research this. Overall, I am lucky to be very healthy and view my annual check-up as a one-stop-shop to get a clean bill of health and have regular prescriptions renewed; if I had known what to expect here, I would not have used my free annual checkup allotted by insurance on this appointment.

Dr. Tina was the most professional Doctor I've ever dealt with. She was very courteous and nice, took her time to explain absolutely every single step of every single thing she did. She took the time to listen to all ofmy complaints and concerns and addressed each and every one of them thoroughly. She even took the time to explain contacting the insurance to ensure all the ordered lab work will be covered before completing it so as to avoid unaffordable fees. I also like the fact that she has weekend and late evening hours available. Highly recommended!

Dr. Urpanishvili was very very professional and kind. She explained everything very clearly and listened closely to my concerns. I've struggled with chronic pain, and it is sometimes difficult to articulate the experience to a doctor becauseof the overlapping causes and problems that contribute to it. I've seen doctors in the past that didn't seem too interested in listening, and wanted to give one quick diagnosis to treat one symptom. Dr. Urpanishvili really surprised me with how much she was willing to hear me out. I think the referrals she gave me will help me a lot more than doctor visits in the past.

After almost five years of going to doctors I didn't love in NYC (ranging from terrible to meh, fine) I finally found a great doctor! The wonderful care started as soon as I made the appointment, when the office called meto let me know that I had marked my appointment as "due to illness" instead of an annual checkup. They wanted to be sure I was sick, because marking it as such carries an additional cost with my insurance. I was so happy they did, since it was actually just a checkup, and they helped me save a significant amount of money. (I don't know any medical professionals in NYC who do this.) When I got to the office, the receptionist was friendly, and Dr. Tina saw me right on time. I weirdly kind of enjoyed the visit. She was so friendly, holistic, scientific, and thoughtful in her approach to my health, making me feel valued and comfortable. She helped guide me through next steps with my insurance if I wanted to do blood tests and printed out a list of nearby clinics with short waits and ones who were open on the weekend. When the blood results came back, she promptly called me and talked me through what they meant, even though everything was fine and she really didn't need to do that. Again, I don't think most doctors would. I honestly feel like I understand my health better having gone to her, and I will 100% make her my go-to primary care physician in NYC. FINALLY! I'm so happy I found her!

I walk in for an annual physical that i need to get done for a medical service that I'm going through which is outside my insurance company. She asks me 20 different questions about that company and why I chose itand then asked about all of the previous doctors that I've seen. She then asks about insurance and since I haven't had an annual physical, I ask her to file it that way. She then wants to view paperwork about my previous doctor visits that I couldn't provide. At this point, we are 30 minutes into the appointment and we haven't even started the Physical examination yet. She looks at my face (which probably has an angry expression) and decides to cancel the appointment. When I realize that she's throwing me out of her office, I call her a racist. I've never been kicked out of a doctor's office before, even if I was in a bad mood. She then threatens to call the police (as if calling someone a racist is in of itself a crime. It's not). I leave and the administrative assistant starts yelling at me as if I'm a criminal or something.

Did an annual checkup. She ordered blood tests. She said she will call me back when she has the results, and gave me her business card for me to call her if I don't hear back. She never called me back. I called her 10+ times and no one answers.
