This was my first visit. Dr. Mantha asked some very probing quedtions, and got to the heart of my concerns. I was very impressed.
My wait time was >30 mins, but as their computers and phones were down, I do not count that against the office.

I was able to get a same day appointment for my 92 year old mother who had been complaining of pain in her back and her side.
Turn out she has shingles! It was on the 22ND of December.
The doctor was kind and made my mom feel comfortable.

For an initial "getting to know you" appointment, I was not happy. I am used to a doctor who actually listens and does not continually cut me off. I felt as if she belittled the medical care I was receiving in Turkey. I also felt as if I was rushed in and rushed out, feeling rather dismissed. Perhaps filling out a form with my medical history could have circumvented some of my frustration after the appointment. Her bedside manner was abrupt and dismissive and I did shed some tears afterwards. I am sure Dr Mantha is an excellent doctor and for this reason I have scheduled a physical with her to see if this goes any better.

I was in a car accident and she wouldn't order an X-ray for my head... She kept telling me she didn't want me to be exposed to that much radiation. I blacked out during the accident and had horrible headaches that kept me awake for weeks and she still didn't think it was necessary.
