More about Whitney Pasquesi, RD
I have been a dietitian for 14 years, working with patients ranging from pediatrics to adults. My career has included roles at two children’s hospitals as well as outpatient settings. Diabetes has been an interest of mine from the start, leading me to pursue advanced certification as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. I especially enjoy working with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors. I became a dietitian after playing sports throughout my life and becoming a runner as an adult. Heart disease runs in my family, which inspired me to focus on improving the food choices of those around me to enhance their health. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Saint Louis University and completed a Master’s in Public Health at the University of North Carolina. Now, I get to share my knowledge and passion with clients to help improve their lives. I’m not always choosing apples and carrots as my favorite foods; I also enjoy finding the best cookie recipes when I have time not running around after the kids!
