It was a positive experience with Dr. Yao. He's an excellent listener and communicator. I have not seen a doctor in years, but I booked Dr. Yao as my new PCP based on his ratings/reviews and I'll definitely be coming to him regularly. Yes, I would recommend.

The medical assistant was highly rude and very unprofessional. Called me the day of my apt to tell me i had scheduled my apt wrong. My mom works for the same company and if they notice a customer scheduled through here they call them immediately to make sure its correct. I was 5 minutes late and called ahead and they said it was perfectly fine. When i got there the medical assistant was very rude and unprofessional.

Nice new & clean facility and appointment ran on time. Doctor Yao is easy to speak with and the phlebotomist comes right to your exam room to do bloodwork.

The office said it opens at 8, but I couldn't get through until 8:30. (not sure if there is an issue with the phone system. He was wonderful. Very personable, professional and thorough.
