I have nothing but good things to say about Michele. While counseling doesn't fix life's issues, as it takes effort from the client to make a change and pursue heal, I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for Michele. She has shown me nothing but compassion, empathy, and understanding.
Obviously it's her job, but she genuinely cares for her clients and knows when/how to listen, ask the hard questions, and provide encouragement. She's flexible in scheduling session times and has worked with me through financial difficulties.

Michele is an excellent counselor. She guided me gently but firmly through treatment, ultimately leading me to a place where I felt confident in my own ability to regulate my emotions and solve my problems. She allowed me to view my anxiety as something that needs to be embraced before it can be dissipated, and the tools she gave me are ones which I have shared with others and will use throughout the rest of my life. I cannot recommend her strongly enough.

Michele has been incredibly helpful in my healing journey. In the duration of my time in her practice, I have experienced major life changing events and have had an immense amount of grief to process. She is great at holding space, being a listening ear, and providing encouragement. She prioritizes self-talk and the way that we see ourselves. This is a huge area of growth for me, mostly due to what I have gone through, but she continues to help me grow in this area. She is patient and kind, and she is willing to take a step back if you feel uncomfortable about what she is asking you to do or talk about. She holds herself accountable and makes sure you feel safe and comfortable. She is really an incredible therapist and I would highly recommend her!
