So far I’ve gotten two root canals and both times went every well. Doctor explained all my options before deciding. Had friendly professional staff, I would highly recommend recommend this office and dr to anyone I know.

Dr K Was Good. His Office Staff Was Horrible Very Disorganized. Take For Ever To Get Tge Care The Patient Deserves. This Is Unacceptable And Very Disrespectful to The Patient.

Dr K is an good doctor. His office staff is horrible. I have been trying for over a month to get just a simple dental cleaning and the office staff still have not done it. This is unacceptable it should not take multiple appointments to get this done.

He did a very thorough exam and did not try to upsell a bunch of products/services that I did not need. He was very polite and to the point and answered any questions I had in terms that I could understand. The front desk associates were extremely helpful and friendly as well! 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be going back to him for a long time!

Dr. Yakov was very great. Him and his staff accommodated me right away. I have broken crown and chipped teeth filling and Dr Yakov fixed it right there and then. I never felt comfortable with any Dentist like him. I’m really glad to meet Dr. Yakov and his staff!!

Good experience overall. Office and dental staff were friendly. My only "bad remark" would be that the dental assistant that did X-Rays was a bit rough/aggressive. I have pretty thick skin so I was able to power through it but I would recommend slowing down and being more gentle.

The staff and dentist were friendly - no complaints on that aspect of service. I made a typical first visit appointment for x-rays, exam, and a cleaning. I was told to come 15 minutes early for paperwork, which I did. I then waited an hour to be seen. After the 20 minutes of x-rays and an exam, I was surprised to learn that they wouldn't be doing a cleaning because they didn't have time. I was dissatisfied that they went ahead and booked an appointment for a service they could not provide. They couldn't have at least warned me the day of that they wouldn't be able to perform the cleaning - they waited to the last minute and sprung it on me. Due to this and feeling like they wasted my time, I will not be returning.
