I WAS RECCOMENDED TO THIS OFFICE AND DOCTOR BY MY MOM WHO IS A CURRENT PATIENT. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH ALL THE STAFF, THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY FRIENDLY, THE NURSE WAS VERY INVITING AND PERSONABLE WHICH MADE ME FEEL SUPER COMFORTABLE. SHE ALSO LISTENED TO ALL MY CONCERNS. DR. KIM WAS ALSO VERY FRIENDLY AND LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS I FELT HE WAS STRAIGHT FORWARD AND GAVE ME THE BEST ADVICE AND MEDICAL SOLUTIONS PERTAINING TO MY NEEDS.

Dr. Kim was amazing! He explained all my options and answered all my questions. Great bedside manner overall. He took care of my gnarly toenail situation and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. This was my first time seeing a podiatrist and I will definitely be back.

I left with more questions than answers, and feeling more distraught and misguided. Dr. Kim’s bedside manner was fine, and although I appreciated his transparency about his skillset with handling ankle injuries, the appointment was a waste overall. He seemed knowledgable but I didn’t feel that I was helped in any meaningful way at the 1foot2foot practice.

I had been putting off getting treatment for 2 reasons. One was because I was scared the treatment would hurt and honestly, I was quite embarrassed at how nervous I was. But Dr. Shah truly made me feel comfortable and understood. I chose to book my appointment with her because I thought I would be in good care and she would understand without judgment. She exceeded my expectation. I wish there were more doctors like her.

I vouldn't find location on goggle map, it send me to there old location. I called which send me to a call center with no idea of true location and I finally found build whild made me 10 minutes late I had aleady done all my new patience information online and they wouldn't take me. Rude office personal and that how it all went.

It was the first time going to one Foot Two Feet. Good experience from the welcoming of the receptionist to the nurse who gave me an x-ray. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable. I really liked her bedside manner and she explained everything well to me. Will be returning for another appointment soon.. Highly recommend.

Dr. Patel was fantastic. She was very helpful in explaining what the procedure was going to be about. She shared small details about herself and life and asked me about mine. She made sure I was doing alright during the process and gave me an after care sheet for my recovery. 10/10 would recommend going to her!
