The whole experience was very pleasant and professional.

My appt was at 3:00pm I was sent a message to join 15 mins before which I joined the call at 2:50pm I stayed on the call until about 3:20pm she never joined the call I even called the office two times with no response she never once emailed, text or even called me to let me know that she was running behind I don’t recommend at all!
