This was a good experience. It was my first visit and I would go back when needed. The staff was very friendly, and welcoming. The office was clean, gloves and masks were worn by the staff and had them available to patrons. I was in and out quickly and had tests run. Recommend this urgent care.

I would definitely go back. The place was amazing.very clean no wait, took us back right away. The nurse was very friendly and the provider was also clear and took the time to explain what was going on with my child.

The doctor had a horrible attitude! Bedside manners are extremely important in this day and age. People are no longer tolerating doctors who are rude, unprofessional, and lack common courtesy. Please train your doctor on basic human courtesy !

Went in for lower back pain and the they listened to me describe my symptoms and explained the typical recommendations on what to try to help, and that he would give me a small prescription to help me mitigate the pain. Seemed very attentive, and helped me feel reassured that this wasn't a serious problem, but if I had any further concerns or the pain gets any worse, to come back. It was exactly what I expected and was easy in and out.

They kept telling me they couldn’t find my insurance and that it was inactive. The staff was pretty snarky when I tried to explain that I did indeed have active insurance coverage. I had an appointment scheduled and people went in before me I wasn’t seen until an hour after my appointment.

Excellent urgent care provider in West Dearborn. Prompt scheduling and easy setup once in the system. Taken in right after checkin to a room and saw the Dr. within 10 minutes. I was out the door and in the pharmacy to pick up antibiotics in less than 30 minutes. Masks are required for all who enter.
