Providing patients with a welcoming family-style atmosphere, we work tirelessly to improve the length and quality of life of our patients with our experts in Family Practice, GYN, Dermatology, Cardiology, Neurology, and Physical Therapy.

I regret selecting Dr. Aloyts as she is unprofessional with a very strong accent making it extremely difficult to understand her. She is a poor listener and likes to repeat herself constantly. A number of individuals in her office are extremely rude, unprofessional, and hang up on you before you can finish speaking or asking your question! She waited three months to draw blood which is unbelievable since my first new patient visit which was in July! Several times she did not send the prescriptions to the Pharmacy, and when I called the office to tell them, I was told not to call the office anymore as I call to much!!! I was able to speak with Dr. Aloyts only one time. It was painful. She told me she can't spend 14 minutes talking to me as she has patients waiting!! Terrible office, terrible service. I would not recommend her to anyone!

It was my first time seeing Dr. Bella. I like her as her examinations were thorough and she was attentive. However, I believe it could improve a bit with staff communications. They sound frustrated if I asked it for twice and one of the senior staff even asked me to leave before I finished my questions. It was a bit rough though I like Dr. Bella. Overall, I feel relieved as all the tests got done in one place. It saved my time, energy without being hustles from one place to another.

Her office is very friendly, the office building itself creeped me out a little bit, it is an old renovated house the vibe is a little scary. She is nice but did question my symptoms and prescribed me something I do not think I needed for what I am currently experiencing.

I'm glad that I chose this doctor office.. She was patient with me listening about how I feel,answering all my questions and asking sub-questions to get a clearer picture. The gynecological exam (which was a part of the reason to visit a doctor) was not unpleasant at all, she did it really professionally,efficient and fast, and I felt relaxed . Approachable and calming she gained my confidence and I felt like she was my doctor for some time already,for me that's very important thing! She took good care that I take all the necessary other examinations to get a full picture of my health condition.Furthermore , the staff was very nice and helping too from the beginning of my visit to the end, I got all information and instructions needed.I left the office soothed. Nightmare! After waiting over an hour, she began to berate me over not being pregnant yet (I'm 30).I had just met her, and she went on and on about how I should've already gotten pregnant. Even worse, her examination was very rough. Without any warning, she put her finger in my butt. It was very unpleasant and violating. She should have explained what she was about to do.

While the wait was quite long for a relatively empty office, it was worth it to me. This was my first non-pediatrician doctor, so I was a bit nervous that it wouldn't be as enjoyable as it was. Dr. Aloyts walked and talked me through what I needed to know, and how to fix what I wanted.
She is so sweet and comforted me when she saw I needed it. Dr. Aloyts explained her recommendations and made me feel well-informed. I really appreciate her understanding and empathy and think highly of her!

Everything was accomplished that I wanted to get done in the appointment! It was just a little difficult because the office obviously caters to the Brighton Beach Russian community, so all signs were in Russian.

Overall, it was a good appointment and she is a great doctor but the staff is unorganized and forgetful. Unfortunately, I won't be going back.

She had a conversation about while I was sitting in the office with her pharmacist. She never smiles and makes you feel like a burden. Further more instead of treating me for an infection which she did at my recommendation she was gonna refer me away to a GI. Just makes you feel like they are trying to maximize your visit monetarily. Especially when they say stuff like use this pharmacist etc... Also had a 20 minute conversation with the pharmacist about his heart condition because she had to call him because she didnt know what to prescribe. Very rude and unprofessional. Told me my liver enzymes were high because I have a few drinks except the one tahtw as high correlated with my tylenol usage for back pain which she did nothing about. Overall waste of time. The Medical assistant is great as she can give a hsot without you feeling it but the doctor who doesn't look liek anything in the picture so it might have been someone else at the clinical is absolutely horrendous. i never met someone so unwelcoming in my life.

Cash only. Receptionists seemed rude in conveying this as I was not made aware at all until I got there. Office is predominantly Russian. Doctor was kind and straight to the point. She had a student working with her but he introduced himself as the doctor's helper. He did my physical and interview. He was not knowledgeable at all. Tech was most thourough with excellent communication skills and bedside manner.
