I had an appointment at noon. He never showed up by 12:30. I called the office and they could not provide me a reason as to why the doctor was not in the appointment because it will telehealth and then they put me on hold for like five minutes saying they’re trying to get a hold of the doctor and then they come back and ask if he had joined the telehealth appointment yet and I said no like what the hell so they just rescheduled me

Dr. Yasser Espinal and his team made for an excellent experience from start to finish. The office was exceptionally clean and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The staff was professional, courteous, and kind throughout the entire visit, making everything feel smooth and comfortable. Most importantly, I left feeling truly heard, seen, and cared for. Dr. Espinal took the time to listen and made me feel like my concerns mattered. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for thoughtful, attentive care.
