Horrible, they cancel my appointment and I tried to reschedule for the next day, the receptionist booked my appointment for the wrong day and when I contacted them for the office adrees to make sure I got the right one, they said I wasn’t booked for my appointment and no one was able to help me at all. First time I have this experience when booking my appointments with this app. Very disappointed

After I booked this appointment, the office called me 2 days after right before I was getting ready to go to the appointment to let me know that the provider didn’t accept my insurance.. I searched for doctors based on my insurance so it was a major inconvenience that the doctor that I researched couldn’t service me because the office website had misinformation. I already took off the time from work and they rescheduled me for the next day.. So I had to take more time off work.. The wait time was long when I got there and they actually couldn’t fix my problem.

Overall I really like Dr. Schmuley. He is very knowledgeable and doesn't use blanket terms to scare patients. He does often cite women's menstrual cycles as a reason for discomfort and sensitivity in the mouth (questionable), but otherwise, the office can always find time for me, is willing to quote me before any procedures, and is relatively quick and painless during all procedures (crowns, cavities, cleanings, etc.).
His dental assistants are not the best at all, very fear-mongering and "did you know that your teeth are super sensitive???" but the primary dentist is very good, knowledgeable, and up to date.

It’s my first time visiting dentist in New York and I was nervous about price and treatment skill. I totally forgot about my concerns since I entered practice and saw really friendly staff. Once I asked if my insurance covers today’s treatment, one of my staffs immediately called insurance company and confirmed it. My Doctor (Aviram Shmuely) was so kind and enthusiastic about providing best treatment for patients. He showed me state of the art technology to make crown teeth, allowing me to let it done only one visit! He also told me what would be the next procedure so that I don’t have to worry and made me feel relax by talking interning story. I am really satisfied with the outcome and experience! Highly recommend to everyone especially high tech treatment!

I had a great experience with Dr. Shmuely! He is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to keeping himself at the cutting edge of his craft. As I was a new patient, he started with a thorough analysis and laid out his recommendations. He explained every procedure clearly, and gave his honest feedback on what was needed and why. He is clearly passionate about his practice, and his enthusiasm and positive energy is much appreciated. His work is top-notch; everything I have seen him for has gone smoothly and on-schedule, and he goes above and beyond to ensure the outcome is perfect. He was also very accommodating with my schedule, and his staff are friendly and patient. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing! He's fast and on point. Technology is really advanced with 3D imaging and auto molding for onlay. Highly recommend! His technique is also brilliant that cleans decay in less than 15 mins with no discomfort afterwards.
