I have never been more disappointed with a provider on ZocDoc. When I initially scheduled this appointment for a neuropsych evaluation, I explicitly wrote in the appointment description that I needed a comprehensive neuropsych eval done. I show up for my appointment, and they said ZocDoc didn't integrate my appt into their schedule, so the provider was double booked. That was annoying, but they offered to reschedule 2 days from then. I show up to my rescheduled appt today and they say THEY DON'T DO NEUROPSYCH EVALS--EVEN THOUGH THE PSYCH HAS IT AS A LISTED SERVICE ON THEIR ZOCDOC PROFILE AND I MADE IT ABUNDANTLY CLEAR AT ALL STAGES OF MY SCHEDULING PROCESS THAT I NEEDED ONE DONE! This was a tremendous waste of my time and a stunning display of incompetence by 2nd Arc Psychiatry.

We didn't even discuss my problems. I was asked what wrong. I said depression, anxiety & ptsd. Immediately looked to change all my meds and start from scratch, increasing as needed. Told me it will work in time. I'm not an experiment i am looking for help now. Did not know of why I'm depressed or full of anxiety, or why ptsd. I don't understand how an assessment can be made without that knowledge, i think I was in visit for 10/15 minutes. She knew nothing about what I'm dealing with on a daily basis. I was very disappointed. But i'm sure my payment will be gladly taken.

Very understanding and polite, professional and knowledgeable about treatment and medication. Im always worried about Drs being judgemental, but she was so sweet, ahe made me feel very comfortable talking to her.

They never came on for the call. They take all your information and never follow through. They better not charge for the visit.

She canceled on me on my very 1st apt 10 mins after the session was scheduled to start while i was in Japan with an 11hr time difference. Didn’t even have the courtesy to call me herself had someone else do it. Then proceeded to bill my insurance for the visit 0/10 do not recommend.
