One of the most disappointing medical visits ever!Never saw the doctor, after rescheduling my own patients to see this doctor.Staff treated me, an older patient, like an inconvenience.A patient who didn’t look like me received stellar service, and I believe that she was actually seen BEFORE me, despite arriving AFTER me.I was so disgusted that I walked out without ever getting my copayment back.Given the prior reviews, I had looked forward to a productive office visit, but it didn’t happen. Treat Seniors with more respect. I am not retired and I don’t have hours on end to wait to be seen.

She was extremely gentle which I was pleasantly surprised by. It was my first speculum exam and the pain was like a 2/10 when i was expecting to be in excruciating pain.

Dr. Smith was very, very professional and personal. She was very gentle with my examinations. The fact that I am a senior I found this very, very rewarding and very important. And it made me very comfortable speaking with her. She asked several times if I had any other concerns, it was a pleasure to have someone be very attentive.Doctor Smith was also zary cirrho, in explaining why additional examinations would be suggested for me. The best experience I've had with a gynecologist. I highly recommend her and her staff. Her office was very uplifting and bright! Her staff was personable and professional.

My appointment couldn’t have gone better! Doctor Smith was informative, listened carefully and made me feel comfortable for the duration of the appointment. My wait time in the office and exam zoom was very minimal and every other staff member I interacted with was warm and welcoming. The office was comprised of Women of color, and as a woman of color it made for an incredible experience of no miscommunication or misconception. I would highly recommend to others and I would return.
