Most relevant

The providers page says they will contact you vía phone prior to your appointment to give you the details on how to join the telehealth appointment. They never called me and then I received an email stating I was a no show and billed for it. I am not paying a no show when I was expecting a call with details to know how to join my appointment. Very uncommunicative and unprofessional.
