I will return for all dental procedures in the future. Dr.Phong Tran Cao is easy and fun to talk to. He listens and met with all of my requests. I'm not an easy dental patient. A bit nervous and vain. For me to feel completely comfortable says a lot about Dr Phong Tran Cho and his staff.

Dr. Tran was informative and seemed to be very knowledgeable. However, I am unsure if I will return to this office as I received a completely unacceptable cleaning. My appointment was for a consultation and cleaning, and the hygienist only polished my teeth. I have gone to the dentist regularly my entire life. I have never been told everything was fine and not have the hygienist scale my teeth (either by hand or with a water pick). He didn't even floss my teeth properly! I was appalled by the quality of my service. I would rather pay out of pocket to get proper treatment that go through the my insurance and receive sub-par care.

I recently had surgery with Dr. Tran. I've always found all dental procedures to be highly traumatizing. While I was extremely preoccupied with getting this procedure done, Dr. Tran's explanation of the expectations got me mentally ready for the event. Most importantly, I trusted him. Which is the only reason I got this done. Dr. Tran was very patient at all times, and fully educated me on what to expect and what to do. The most impressive part is that he would call me personally to follow up. His staff is friendly and courteous, and there is no waiting time. He manages his appointment times effectively. I strongly recommend Dr. Tran.

Dr Phong and his staff are the very best, they are friendly and have always tried to make me feel comfortable, before, during and after treatment. Dr. Phong took his time to help me understand the X-rays and what is really going on w/ my dental condition and explained step by step the treatment needed. His fees are extremely reasonable as well. When I first came to him I was very upset w/ my smile, he did a smile make over and it has truly been life changing. I'm very happy w/ the outcome and the quality of his work. I highly recommend him any time.
