My experience with this Dental office was amazing. The staff was so friendly and listen to all my concerns. The nurse was really nice made me feel comfortable and answer all my questions. Treated me with extra care Made me feel welcome and the Dr was very attentive to my concerns. Explain everything in detailed and I was offer alternative to my care. I schedule my next appointment for the six month looking forward to seeing them again. ??????????????????????. I also walked out of the there with sample toothpaste and a brush and also a ????gift to top that all of. Super excited to get to know the rest of the staff. I totally recommend This practice to friends and family

I couldn’t believe how beautiful the office was, & the staff at the front desk were super friendly as well as the dental assistant. However, the doctor I saw was rude. The dental assistant took x-rays and then the doctor told me I needed two root canals without even looking in mouth, and then after I asked for a quote and told him that I would have to think about it since my insurance didn’t cover all of the procedure, he tried to bully me into getting the procedure done right that second & said “you don’t have x amount of money”. When I told him I was gonna have to think about it and come back he was visibly irritated and ripped off his gloves and left the room. I left and got a second opinion, my teeth are now fixed without needing the two root canals that he said I needed. I was upset about how my experience went there because he had so many five star reviews but now I get it the office asks for five star reviews in return for entering a raffle to win an expensive prize.

My visit at 508 Dentistry in Swansea was Excellent! I have anxiety when going to the Dentist, but Karen my hygienist has "the best method for cleanings and is a true professional! " Dr. Lepine (unlike other dentists i've been too) does the work you need right in his practice, and is super efficient and tells u what exactly you need. My experience here has been great my son and daughter are going here now as well, and i would recommend 508 to anyone who wants to have a great experience by a truly professional staff!

I have very bad dental anxiety and Dr. Lepne has worked closely with me to ease it. Before I couldn’t even drive myself for a teeth cleaning I was so anxious and medicated, today I went in for a bone graft and drove myself. Dr. Lepine listens to me and treats me with nothing but respect and understanding. His office is very nice and the waiting area is relaxing. He also has excellent staff from the dental hygienists to the assistants helping with check in and out. Overall I’ve been going to Dr. Lepine for years and will continue to do so!

During a routine check up Dr. Lepine discovered my implant appeared loose. Dr. Lepine explained what needed to be done and he would do everything to save the implant. After a few visits and Dr. Lepine's worldwide search for the necessary pieces he was able to save the implant. In this day and age it's nice to see someone who is truly looking out for his patients.
