Loretta Echols has been an incredible therapist and a huge support in my journey. She created such a safe and comfortable space it feels so easy to open up to her and be honest. Through out our sessions, she has helped me recognize and work through things I didn’t even realize were affecting me. Her guidance and patience and insight made it possible for me to better understand myself and start healing in ways I didn’t think were possible before. She really just listens without judgment and offers thoughtful advice that actually helps you grow.
