Most relevant
I had some questions before my appointment and wanted to confirm my insurance. I call for 3 days straight 5x times per day. All I got was a broken automated message in another language that is not English. Meanwhile my email was getting spam from their office about updating/add my payment plan. Why have a contact number if it’s not ment for actual contacting? I don’t feel comfortable with a doc this unresponsive.
