Dr. Ngo walked into the room and began a dialogue in a super friendly and relaxed way and immediately made me feel welcome and cared for. Any questions I asked were thoughtfully answered and explained thoroughly; he even used helpful visuals to aid in his explanations. My experiences with his staff were, again, amazingly pleasant— I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and the door was locked because the office was closed between 12-1 for lunch. Somehow I was met with two separate staff checking on me during their lunch breaks before I was let in by a third staff member. My wait time was minutes after my arrival— by the time I read the paperwork they were already ready for me. Finally on my way out, people staffing the front desk were willing to go through the insurance forms with me in great detail so I was well aware of what I was signing.
