A&E Psychiatry and Healthcare Solutions

I am a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a genuine passion for supporting individuals as they work toward positive change and mental wellness. I understand that seeking care can sometimes feel daunting, and I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can feel safe and heard. I earned my Master's degree from the University of Miami as an Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and my Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. I am licensed to provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including medication management and therapy. My approach to psychiatric care is rooted in compassion and trust. I take the time to understand your personal history, current challenges, and goals in order to develop a thoughtful, individualized treatment plan. This may include psychotherapy, medication management, or supportive counseling—tailored to meet your unique needs. After each session, I want you to leave feeling truly heard and understood, knowing that your thoughts and emotions were respected. My goal is for you to feel empowered and supported, with a clear sense of direction on how to move forward. Whether it’s through a new coping strategy, therapy technique, or medication adjustment.
