She is not organized, unprepared. Called you hours before your original appointment place you on hold for 30 minutes, get back to you ask the same questions on the form. She will ask for co-pay then ask reschedule the current appointment and restart the whole process again.

Hello, I was seen for a medication refill. I was charged for 2 visits, so 2 copays. It took multiple phone calls and I only ended up with a 7 day supply of medication. I had to rebook another appointment with another provider immediately. I was clearly upset during the call, and that was when she choose to ask for my copay. She asked for direct screenshots of the meds, and sent a rx for the name brands anyway. It took days to get this filled. This whole thing was upsetting.
Vontaye immediately reached out to speak to me regarding my daughter's case and to complete intake not soon after booking! She was kind, patient, and asked clear questions to find the best solutions and course of action for us. I am excited to continue to work with her.

Vontaye was very communicative and understand throughout the entire consultation. I went in feeling a bit nervous but felt comfortable half way in as she is very polite.
This was an absolute terrible experience. Firstly, Vontaye was late by more than 30 minutes. I had to call her assistant in order to get in touch with her. She blamed it on "having problems with the video communication app." After she finally got on the call, she had her video turned off the whole time and all she did was ask me the same questions I'd already answered on the intake form. She tried to prescribe me a medication I told her I had a bad experience with, and did not give any other alternatives. I would not recommend this experience for anyone. I regret booking this appointment.

Everything about this virtual appointment was unprofessional. Actually maybe hindered me from doing another virtual appointment with someone else. Vontaye and I had a set time she did not come on to the video chat until 15 almost 20 mins late. Upon entering the virtual call she was sitting in the dark very poor lighting. Mistakenly thought this was a therapy session, first question asked was did I need any medication and persisted on asking about medication (red flag for me) .when calling for the follow up visit Vontaye called private 3xs before I finally answered. Again had no idea who she was. Overall I did not get a great vibe had I needed any psychiatric help. My mistake for not thoroughly reading on who I was making an appointment for and for what.
