I have found TJ to be an empathetic, professional and effective provider. At the beginning of therapy she spent a significant amount of time not just gathering factual information but really exploring what I hoped to experience in therapy and to gain from our time together. She hasn't forgotten those goals and has consistently referred back to them. In particular I find her style to be one that provides actionable treatment that I can participate in vs. Simply "being present and listening" - a style I have found frustrating in the past. I had seen several therapists before I found TJ, and for me she has been the most helpful. She has had a very supportive and positive impact for me during a challenging time in my life.
