Welcome to a A Bowl Full of Nutrition. I am a trauma informed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in eating disorder treatment, intuitive eating, medical nutrition therapy, weight management, Diabetes Prevention Program counseling and motivational interviewing.
I am dedicated to improving health and well-being with a belief in Health at Every Size (HAES), body positivity, intuitive eating, motivational interviewing and Family Based Treatment (FBT) for eating disorders and weight management.
