To Heal Therapy and Wellness, PLLC is an outpatient mental health practice that provides therapy services to residents in North Carolina and South Carolina. We also provide training to professional staff in various community settings to limit crisis behaviors in youth who’ve experienced abuse and/or neglect. We use Experiential Therapy and Somatic Therapy to treat Trauma, Life Transitions, and Emotional Intelligence.
