A Dose of Vitamin Ray, LLC

All ZocDoc bookings are self-pay 30-minute video visits at a rate of $175. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice from A Dose of Vitamin Ray and is non-negotiable and non-refundable. ZocDoc-referred patients cannot switch their scheduled 30-minute appointment to another visit type and are exempt from discovery calls. ZocDoc patients gain instant enrollment into the practice as new patients. The initial 30-minute session includes an introduction to Dr. Ray, medical advice, and a customized treatment plan. Patients are expected to attend their scheduled appointments. Appointment reminders are sent via text and email. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit, or failure to attend, will result in a $40 late cancellation/no-show fee per practice policy. All patients receive portal access through Practice Better, including required new patient forms. Forms and any previous medical records to be reviewed must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to allow Dr. Ray adequate time for review.

Dr Ray gave me back my life. I thought I was dying before being under her care. My regular doctors offered me nothing but drugs not healing. Dr Ray healed a lot of my problems. I will return to her care . I needed time out to myself for personal reasons. I can sleep well now and my energy and vitals are much better. I still need work on my health but I am getting to a place in my personal life to go to the next phase .I wish the medical insurance world would acknowledge doctors like Dr Ray on the same level as medical doctors because she is much better than the medical doctors I see.
