The receptionist was very kind and knowledgeable. There was a big confusion between the online appointment app. My original appointment time that I booked online apparently had a conflict & a text was sent to reschedule. The online & the texting apps never synced and constantly caused confusing times. Office & staff were courteous & friendly, but pressured me to get X-rays done when I requested not to. I was told it’s a “California law” that I had to. I questioned that, but ended up doing the X-rays because they told me they wouldn’t clean my teeth otherwise. Left feeling like it was a “business” and that they aren’t in tune with their patients.

Making an appointment online as a new patient was easy. Someone called right away to verify my information and insurance before and told me what my insurance covered and the deductible. I went on the day of appointment and was seen right after checking in. Staff was friendly and explained what they were doing and showed me teeth on a 3D model program and explained what they found during the exam.

I ended up seeing Dr Victor. He was seriously so amazing! I have very high dentist anxiety and he listened to me and talked me thru every step. He’s given me faith in going to the dentist again. The whole office was amazing, I forget the ladies name but she even held my hand. Couldn’t be more happy with my visit!

This is absolutely the best dental office I've visited so far. The whole staff is so nice and welcoming; they made me and my daughter feel comfortable as soon as we signed in. They even offer hot tea, coffee and hot cocoa! High end equipment, the office is clean, neat and aesthetic. Dr Doan sat with me and took her time to go over my treatment plan.

I love there kindness, my wife was in pain from a broken tooth. She literally walked in crying and the staff jumped up and told them to numb her pain then tell her what's wrong. And they are so polite and courteous. I wish more doctors offices and dental offices were more like this. I love this place. Very friendly proffessionals

I made a last minute appointment and they made sure to make enough time for me to get a full cleaning and fillings at the same time, instead of having to come back in another day. They also didn't suggest any unnecessary treatments or products, only what specifically pertained to me. I'll definitely be back!

I was so pleased with her communication and consideration of developing the best treatment plan (even though her final treatment plan was less costly than some alternatives!!). I feel comfortable with her staff, and thankfully not judged for my life time of dental denial!!

Dr. Doan is very friendly, as are all of the people that work in her office. She didn't seem like she was rushing around to different patients like many other dentists do. She spent time explaining my options and verified what my insurance would cover before I received treatment. The only thing I didn't like was feeling overwhelmed by all of the work I "need" to get done (not her fault). I went in for a chipped tooth and ended up getting a cleaning as well. She tried to sell me a custom night guard even though I told her I'm unemployed and can't afford that right now. However, she didn't pressure me once I said I would think about it. I'll be going back to her when needed.
Both my girls were super uneasy about going in today but the whole staff was soo friendly. My oldest was like "I don't like going to the dentist but the people here are really nice'. It was so quick and easy and they laid out everything for us. You guys Rock.

Just a weird experience. The staff is friendly as are the dentists. No one was introduced to me by name, so I was unclear of who was staff, hygienist, or doctor. The examination table was SO comfortable and it had a massage chair- which was incredible! I felt like there was a HUGE upsale towards a specific cleaning and it all happened really fast and then there was no time to actually do my cleaning because they were diagnosing me to this other type of cleaning. I felt pressured and intimidated. Wouldn't go back again, luckily the billing lady was really great at reversing my charge for the cleaning that was scheduled for later in the week. Overall great customer service from everyone one, just a weird vibe on up-selling.
