A Life Examined

To paraphrase Socrates, a life unexamined is a life unlived. To him, identifying and acknowledging the limitations in our knowledge was a necessary first step on the journey to true knowledge. In this process, Socrates was demonstrating that a life examined is a life well lived. Maybe you want to challenge what you think you know about yourself, or what you expect to be true, and come to a more authentic you. Maybe you want to connect with someone in a genuine, supportive way and share some of your burden. Maybe you have no idea what you want, and you just want a place to start figuring it out. Therapy is a great opportunity for all of that, and I’m happy to help in any way that I can.
