My name is Katherine Kehoe and I am the owner/primary therapist with “A New Freedom Counseling”. I have a passion for helping others break the chains that keep us stuck in negative patterns or behaviors and assisting with gaining independence and freedom from symptoms of mental illness. I operate solely on telehealth so that you are able to heal from the comfort of home. I am currently serving the state of New Jersey but hope to expand to other states across the nation soon.

I was very pleased with the attentiveness, questions she asked, and she really took an interest in my wellbeing. She level set with me what the sessions would be like, talked about my goals, and I feel really happy to see what tools I can gain to improve my life.

Had a lovely first meeting with Kathrine and thinking this will be a weekly thing until I am able to cope better with my anxiety / panic attacks. She was a great listener, asked a ton about me and listen and we had a good conversation. Didn’t feel like it was too formal or unformal. Exactly what I need in someone to listen to me.
