The overall experience was very disappointing and extremely disorganized.
Before my appointment, I received emails and text messages from multiple sources with conflicting appointment times, so I had no idea which one was actually correct. Late one evening, I even received a text from an unknown number claiming to be from the doctor’s office, telling me to ignore some of the emails I would be receiving. The whole process was confusing and unprofessional.
I was also asked to complete forms before the appointment, but the link was difficult to find because of the overwhelming number of messages I had received.
Overall, the communication and scheduling process was chaotic and created unnecessary stress before the appointment. I hope they improve their system because the patient experience starts long before walking into the office.
