Although the wait was long which can be expected after a major holiday the doctor took time to listen and her responses was clear that she understood what I was saying and asking she was very knowledgeable and I like to visit overall and yes I would recommend this particular provider

Wendy was incredibly informative and just simply sweet and sympathetic. She actually listened to my concerns and a pretty lengthy story I had to tell in order to explain my issues. I am truly tired of being walked over and not taken seriously not only in my personal life but, ESPECIALLY when it comes to getting professional help. Im learning to speak up for myself. She answered every question I had and also educated me on certain topics. The front desk team was helpful and sweet and actually acknowledged my presence lol. It was smooth, I walked out knowing more than I did when I walked in, I felt heard & seen. Most importantly, I felt that I was actually cared for when I left. That's all I've ever looked for. I know a lot of places that accept medicaid dont really give 2 heartbeats about medicaid patients, but I didn't feel that here at all. Thank you again, Wendy, for your care! And actually taking the profession you started seriously while also having care behind you.
