A Psych Path

I am a Master trained Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) provider, looking forward to working with patients to achieve quick results and healing. ART is a therapy that uses soothing eye movements to process trauma, requires no diagnosis or lengthy evaluation to start. The only requirements are that it is safe to engage in repetitive eye movements and that you can hold onto a thought. ART does not require patients to speak much, the processing is done with eye movements and changing the images you see in your mind from traumatic experiences. Many patients report improvement as early as first session, is not intended to be a regular or forever type of treatment commitment. With my advanced training for ART I can also help with depression, anxiety, phobias, OCD, stuttering, relationship stress, and many more issues. I also am able to provide psychiatric medication management, but have limited insurance contracts presently.
