AAA Medical Group provide excellent care in the areas of wellness, prevention, management of chronic illness, and acute care for adults. This includes preventive medicine services, ongoing treatment of chronic diseases, and assessment and treatment of acute medical issues. Our physicians also work closely with surgeons or other medical specialists to ensure that each patient’s care is coordinated and comprehensive.

I’m a new patient and was seen for a long overdue annual checkup. From the start the nurses and doctor were very nice and made me feel comfortable. They took their time to listen to me and get my full medical history. When I mentioned I was well overdue and looking to have all my medical checkup boxes checked the nurse said no worries, we will help you do that. Music to my ears. After meeting with both the nurses and doctor I left with a plan and direction with all the necessary referrals needed and follow up visit scheduled. Very happy to have found this practice and highly recommended them. I had a 10/10 experience and more. ??

It was my fist visit to the doctor. But I could not find the opportunity to takk to her for more than 2/3 minutes in the first day when they suggested some blood works for me. Then the nexy day, the doctor was not there. The nurses only discussed the issues with me. However, they were polite and active listener.

Highly unprofessional and frustrating experience. First off, the doc was a no show w/o any message or attempt to reschedule. Ironically, the office had several warnings about the fee *I would be charged* if I were late or didn’t show up... I later heard someone say the doctor had been at a wedding the night before. Not sure if that meant she was hungover or what.
I ended up waiting for over an hour to be seen, without a single status update or apology. Even when I was taken to a room, I was left alone waiting for a while. The secretary (maybe PA) eventually took my blood pressure and EKG. No clue if she knows how to or what the results were. The RN that came next was a mess. With the patient before me, we could all hear her shouting into her phone AI, “prescription for yeast infection.” So embarrassing. She kept forgetting details I had shared, like my age, and tried to convince me to take them as my primary care provider. Hell to the no.

I was expecting a consultation with the doctor as I am looking for a new doctor but was rushed in to take blood. The process was not normal and the technician took blood from an odd place in my arm. Several times during the blood draw other people just walked into the room including a patient looking for something. I also wanted a doctor who specialized in obesity and the first thing the doctor said when she finally came in was they were going to put me on Wegovy. I had already planned to not come back to this office but the next day woke up to a HUGE bruise where they had taken blood so just solidified my decision
