Aardvarks & Anteaters Child Counseling

In-person therapy for children, ages 4-12, who may struggle with anxiety, depression, life changes, behavior challenges, and social/ relationship issues. Every treatment is tailored to the child and family, but child-centered play therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, and parent management therapy are the must evidenced-based modalities for children in this age range... so I often find myself leaning in this direction, depending on the age of the child. Regardless of the therapeutic modality, I believe that working with children at this age involves a partnership between therapist, child, and the adults who care for that child. Together, we can help your child heal, grow, and thrive!
