I've been on the fence about my drinking for years. My depression has gotten much worse over time, and my doctor said I need to quit alcohol right now or things are going to get worse for my body really fast. Aaron helped me figure out what I needed to do. He is super experienced, and offers alot of insightful feedback. Most importantly, he was accepting of me at a time when most people in my life weren't. Recommend x100.

I've seen a few therapists over the years - I am lucky to have finally found Aaron. I have made alot of progress since I've started seeing him. He has helped me learn skills to cope with anxiety, depression, and finally get a hold over my substance abuse. He uses a variety of techniques in his therapy and seems to stay very well informed.
