We are a medical weight loss clinic on a mission to provide exceptional medical care for weight loss at an affordable price to make transformative weight loss treatments accessible to everyone.
We offer two programs.
1. Weight Management Program
2. Weight Management + Mental Health Program
If your insurance covers the weight loss medications such as Wegovy and Zepbound - we will provide concierge service for insurance prior-authorizations.
If you do not have insurance coverage for weight loss medications, we provide option for affordable branded medications or compounded medications from trusted pharmacies.

My only issue was I had to wait about 12-13 minutes past my appointment time for the telemed visit.

I would most definitely recommend Dr. Patel. He is so tentative, a great listener and he explains exactly the treatment that the patient is being treated for. When I first begin my appt with him I was in another Doctor office he did not rush to get off the phone he assured me to go on with that visit and he would call me back and he did absolutely that, I have never had this experience with another Doctor. I am looking forward to my treatment plan with Dr Patel... Dr. Patel ROCKS

I just think Dr. Patel is fabulous He is kind and sweet and listens. I appreciate that he listens and gives clear advice. As an older, vintage lady that has struggled the last 30 years with my weight going up and down I appreciate that there is no judgement, just reassurance. I am working on the hardest weight, last 25 lbs and so it's nice not being told my bmi isn't high enough or some other reason. At my age, I'm so happy to find a supportive doctor who knows it's not so easy these days. Thank you Dr. Patel
