Dr. Kelly is nice and knowledgeable, I have no issues with her. The front desk employee didn't smile or welcome us in. Her demeanor was of someone who didn't want to be there. For some reason she couldn't pull up my insurance information and while she tried to fix it she let me stand by the front desk without a word. Eventually I told her I would go sit in the waiting area and she wasn't happy about that. Not a great first contact, the face of the front desk person should be a friendly one that likes to communicate.

I have been going to this Abba eyecare office for 5 years. Have always had a great experience and everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. Prompt service always and if I ever need eyeglass adjustment I can just walk in. I will continue using them as my preferred eyecare place.
