Abby Wilson, LCSW

Therapy for women, young professionals, and high-achievers. Specializing in anxiety, relationships, attachment wounds, and identity. Life looks “good” from the outside, but it feels anything but. You feel controlled by your anxiety, live in a constant state of disconnection, and desire a more authentic and intentional life. Change is possible—and with the right support and tools, you can begin to feel more grounded, connected, and in control. You don’t have to settle for a life that feels disconnected or inauthentic. I help women explore what truly matters to them, so they can move forward in a way that supports their well-being and aligns with their personal values. You might be looking for support with: Navigating a quarter-life crisis, reconnecting with yourself, and gaining clarity about what you truly want from life. Managing anxiety, stress, or depression while trying to stay grounded in a fast-paced, modern world. Creating healthier, more fulfilling relationships through better communication, boundary-setting, and healing from attachment wounds. Together, we’ll make space for growth, clarity, and deeper self-understanding—so that you can live with more intention and meaning. As an existential therapist, I help women in Houston reconnect with themselves and live more authentically. My approach in therapy is collaborative—I aim to strike a thoughtful balance of being empathetic and challenging. I love working with women in their 20s and 30s who are motivated to grow and ready to explore themselves on a deeper level. I also have a special place in my heart for women with unresolved attachment wounds or relationship trauma from the past. In therapy, I’ll help you uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, so we can move forward with clarity and intention. We’ll explore your values and what fulfillment truly means for you, creating space to live more authentically and aligned with who you are. Above all, my commitment is to provide a judgment-free space where you can show up as your authentic self.
