I saw Abera during a very difficult period, and I'm grateful I did.
He listens carefully, takes you seriously, and treats you like a person rather than a case. When I ran into a logistical issue after my appointment, he went out of his way to help — quickly, kindly, and without making me feel like a burden. His response when I apologized for the trouble was simply that he wanted me to feel better.
He is warm, responsive, and clearly cares about his patients' wellbeing. Highly recommended.
